Materials were sourced from across the country and overseas, with tiles from Italy, weatherboards, French doors, and sandstone pavers throughout.

All of the joinery on this project is a work of art. With only one supplier of Celery Top Pine in Australia (located in Tasmania), this timber accompanied with the selected lighting makes Mount Pleasant's bottle shop glisten.

The bars in both the Homestead and the Barn are crafted out of solid Tasmanian Blackwood, and have been paired with Marble tops and high-level detail to each panel; an ageless combination. Finally, the private dining room walls and ceiling were completely handcrafted on site and are made out of Australian Blackbutt. The level of detail in this room is evident and breath-taking, creating an elegant dining experience for guests.

The Cellar Door layout consists of the main homestead, bottle shop, private dining room, barn, laneway and courtyards. This new space is absolutely divine; a beautiful combination of classic and cosy.
